Mind-blowing facility with everything we needed for a jaw-dropping stay! The location was super peaceful, with a nice grass area outside for the kids to play. The caravan was clean, spacious, and the shower was a pleasant surprise. We had plenty of cutlery, pots, and pans, making it perfect for our family of 5. The 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets were a bonus. We'll definitely be back for another amazing trip!

The location was peaceful, with a lovely grass area for the kids to play. The shower was spacious and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery and pots. The three bedrooms and two toilets were perfect for our family of five. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I recently stayed at Vintage 53 at Southview Leisure Park and we had a wonderful time. The caravan was the perfect size for our family and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily visit all of the attractions in Skegness. The caravan itself was clean and the bedding was nice and fresh. We also appreciated the spacious shower in the caravan. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cutlery, pots, and pans for our family of five. The three bedrooms and two toilets were a definite plus. Despite a few stains on the furnishings and some odd cups and dishes in the kitchen, the caravan was perfect for an affordable trip away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The caravan we were allocated was not the one we had originally booked, and it was a bit dated.

The cleanliness of the caravan was lacking, with stains on the sofa, curtains, and dusty areas. Some maintenance issues, such as broken TV and lights not working, were not resolved during the stay.

The nearest airport was RAF Coningsby Airport.well, in case I needed to escape from this place in a hurry. Skegness Clock Tower was 2.8 km away.an easy retreat from the madness. This holiday home had a seating area.for me to sit and contemplate the disaster that was my stay.

Oh, what didn't I like? Everything was just perfect.
